Cover Letter Writing Tips 3
The first paragraph of your letter should identify the position you are applying for and refer to any attachments that are with the letter/email. In the second paragraph of your letter, draw attention to your qualifications, relevant positions you have previously held and outline your success in these roles. Put yourself in the shoes of the recruiter – what are they looking for exactly, and what experience do you have that matches what they are looking for?
